At The Fashion Conservateur, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy for details on how to return or exchange your items.

Returns 
Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Earrings

 

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  • You will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization number.

Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive a replacement.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
